Return & Refund Policy

At Truffoire Spa Nola, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because of the nature of skincare products and hygienic standards, we do not offer refunds once an item has been purchased. However, we’re happy to provide exchanges within 12 days under the conditions below.

1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 12 days of the purchase or delivery date if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
     
  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
     
  • The item was purchased directly from our store or official website.
     

Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used skincare products
     
  • Promotional or discounted items
     
  • Gift cards or digital services
     
  • In-spa treatments or packages
     

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, contact us at Truffoirespanola@gmail.com within 12 days of your purchase.
Once approved, the item may be:

  • Exchanged in person at 407 Decatur Street, New Orleans, LA 70130, or
     
  • Mailed back at the customer’s expense with tracking.
     

We will ship your replacement item once the original product is received and inspected.

4. Affirm Orders

If you purchased through Affirm, your financing agreement remains active even if you exchange an item. Affirm payments are managed directly by Affirm and cannot be canceled or refunded through us. For assistance, visit Affirm Help Center.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll gladly replace the item at no additional cost once verified.
